Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes! You can upgrade from monthly to annual anytime and receive credit for your remaining monthly period. Switching from annual to monthly happens at the end of your annual term.
What happens if I cancel?
You'll have access until the end of your billing period. You can export all your data before canceling. If you return later, your data will be preserved for 90 days after cancellation.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. We want you to love Paveway or get your money back.
Is GitHub integration required?
No! GitHub integration is completely optional. You can use Paveway with just daily logs and still get valuable AI assessments and insights. GitHub adds automated weekly analysis with personalized career growth suggestions based on your code patterns.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor. Enterprise customers can request invoice billing.
